1. Introduction

Welcome to Gurkha Fire! These Terms govern your use of our website, reservations, dining experiences, and related services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

Table Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website, www.gurkhafirechatham.co.uk. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

Group Bookings & Private Events: Larger group bookings and private event reservations may require a deposit. Specific terms will be provided upon booking.

New Year's Eve & Special Events: Some events require pre-payment or a deposit to secure your table. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Deposits & Pre-Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required for group bookings, festive events, or high-demand dining times.

Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

Deposits are required at the time of booking and will be confirmed via email.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as contactless payments.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard Bookings: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.

Large Bookings & Special Events: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation may result in a loss of the deposit.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your booking without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future reservations may require full pre-payment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may release your table.

5. Large Groups & Private Events

Groups of 8 or more may be required to provide a deposit at the time of booking.

For private dining or exclusive hire, a minimum spend may apply. Details will be provided upon enquiry.

Pre-ordering may be required for larger parties to ensure smooth service.

6. Special Requests & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs when booking.

While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

7. Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your reservation.

We may contact you before your booking to reconfirm your attendance.

8. Restaurant Policies

We kindly ask guests to respect their booking times to allow the best experience for all diners.

Large parties may be allocated multiple tables depending on restaurant layout and availability.

Service Charge: A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill. This will be stated clearly before payment.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.

10. Liability & Responsibility

Gurkha Fire is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services, including online booking platforms and payment processors.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
